Rich Purser
General Manager, PME’s Clearwater Casino
Rich Purser has years of experience working in gaming operations. As a Suquamish Tribal Council Member in the late 80s and early 90s, he facilitated the original gaming compacts between Washington State and the tribe. He also negotiated financing for the original casino property and served as chairman of the Suquamish Tribal Gaming Commission for several years.
Rich also spent several years overseeing economic development for the tribe as a member of the Port Madison Enterprises Board of Directors. He served on the Board for nine years and stepped down as board president to become the new Casino General Manager.
Rich first became involved in Suquamish Tribe business operations when he was 22 years old, working as a carpenter on the Suquamish Museum and then as the general contractor for the Masi Shop location on Highway 305 before joining the Suquamish Tribal Council in 1988.
Rich is a recent graduate of the University of Washington Executive Development Program.
