Rich Purser has years of experience working in gaming operations. As a Suquamish Tribal Council Member in the late 80s and early 90s, he facilitated the original gaming compacts between Washington State and the tribe. He also negotiated financing for the original casino property and served as chairman of the Suquamish Tribal Gaming Commission for several years.

Rich is a recent graduate of the University of Washington Executive Development Program.
